Thank you for this video. I also have the Viking Emerald 116 and love it! And I would also upgrade because of the same reasons you mentioned. I was wondering if you do all your quilting on this machine. I have tried but am not very good at it so usually end up doing some straight lines. Your quilting looks great!

I completely agree with what you said about getting a computerized machine. I have a computerized Pfaff and I can't say that I love it. I really want to because I spent so much to get all these extra features, but I've found over time that I would totally give the features back to have a more solid machine that did a more consistent straight stitch and allowed me to FMQ without so much finicky business! My next machine will be the Juki TL2010Q. It is mechanical with a few extra features and has gotten fantastic reviews across the board. I want a workhorse and that is what it is!
