Hey Everyone!
I’ve got a fun project for you today, perfect for the month of November and great for kids! We always talk about what we are thankful for every Thanksgiving, like so many families do. This year I wanted to make a Thankful Tree with my kids, so that we could sit down and work on a project to reinforce gratefulness and talk about what we are thankful for specifically. My kids, especially my 6 year old, really understood what we were doing and enjoy looking at our tree everyday. Check out the video below for some fun moments with my kids and the full tutorial!
Materials:
A large jar
Branches from a craft store or yard
Decorative branches/embellishments (optional)
Tags of paper with a hole punched
Twine (ribbon, string or yarn is great too!)
Sharpie or pen
metallic washi tape (optional)
Burlap Ribbon or wide wired ribbon for bow
I couldn’t decide what photo I liked best of my kids. Both photos show my kids personalities in different ways 😉
I hope this video gives you some ideas on how you can make this craft your own and do this with your family.
Big Thank You to my BFF for letting me film in her dining room 😉

I watch your 20 minute baby beanie. Using a 6 oz yarn and number g crochet hook I was able to make mittens.

Hi, I love your videos. I want to make the slightly slouchy hat, but I want to make it a bit more slouchy. Should I just add more rows. I would appreciate your help as soon as you can as I want to start this project right away. Thank you so much!! Marian Calabro
