I have finished the plan for my Dad and Stepmom’s quilt. I still need to think of a good name. I’m a little late since this is their Christmas present ;(. Remember this post? I showed you the fabric I intended on using. Here are 2 blocks of the 5 various blocks I’ll be making to make a total of 30 10″ blocks. They will be framed in a slender 1″ contrasting Kona medium grey and the sashing will most likely be 2 or 3 inches wide in Kona Lake, a blue very similar to the one you see in this Heather Bailey fabric. I plan to make the other 3 blocks this weekend, so stay tuned to see how this quilt begins to come together!
