Hey Everyone! My friend just had a baby, her 3rd baby and first boy. I decided to make this little lovey for her.
I used many of the scraps left over from the Blue Wave Quilt and added a light brown lined to add some difference in the texture and break it up a bit. I did a scrapy binding for some fun and put super soft brown minky on the back. I did some soft wave-like quilting with my walking foot and I did add batting in between for a bit more fluff. My kids love their minky blankets so I hope he loves it too.

The BLUE WAVE QUILT comes up with error 404 and is written in Chinese/other language !!?? I tried clicking on both pictures and same thing. I saw the LOVELY BABY QUILT made out of the same material you stated from the blue wave quilt and I clicked on the link you posted and the same message came up. It won't let me to the tutorial. Thought you should know as I'm interested in seeing how you made this quilt.

I love how bulky this looks and the minky is very inviting! That baby will eat it up:P
