I received my shipment of high quality felt and had to get my hands on it last night. So I made this little headband after the munchkin went to sleep. The felt I got was 30% wool and was nice and soft. I’d like to get some 100% wool felt and see how it compares, but that is for next time.
Fabric.com was having a sale so I got some fun fabric. I bought Michael Millers Meadowsweet 2 splashy rose and thought it would be a great fabric to embellish a onesie. I just cut a rectangle of fabric, treated it with fray check and stuck it under my gathering foot. Then I attached the gathered piece to the white newborn onesie. Wahlah! Now it’s girly.
