Hey Everyone! I uploaded a new video today. And I will be perfectly honest, I was a little nervous to post it since it’s pretty different from my normal type of videos! But, I keep getting this question so I thought I would make a video on it. Plus, I really enjoy fitness and it’s a big part of my life and something that makes me more energetic, stronger and feel better overall.
